How do I track my order?

 

When ever you place an order you will get a confirmation email letting you know your order has been placed. Once the order ships, you will receive a tracking number. We ship USPS, you can track your shipment at www.usps.com

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We ship first class, priority and overnight. If you have special instructions, please leave them in the message/notes section.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you are unhappy with our product and want to return it, We will send you a prepaid return label. This helps track who the order belongs to and you do not have to worry about a RMA number.

How can I contact your couriers?

 

You can track an order online at www.usps.com or you can contact your local USPS office if you have questions about a shipment that has already been shipped. We ship the same day it is ordered if by 4:30 Eastern time. First class usually takes 3-4 business days. Priority orders are 1-3 days with an average of 2, also delivered on Saturdays.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We do ship internationally all around the world. Australia is one of the slower shipments because of Australia post issues. Expect 2-6 weeks if you are shipping to Australia. Most other countries are 7-14 days max. Do not go off of average shipping cost when items are added to basket, choose cheapest shipping as over seas is the same amount of time.
